MyEventDock

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MyEventDock ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of the MyEventDock platform. When you use MyEventDock, your contract is with MyEventDock.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use MyEventDock for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The service

MyEventDock is a software platform for event decor vendors to manage catalogs, inventory, venues, client presentations, AI venue previews, proposals and event calendars. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your selected plan.

3. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, fraud, spam or misleading activity.
  • No infringement of intellectual property or uploading content you have no rights to.
  • No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing usage limits.
  • No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the service.

5. AI-generated previews

AI venue previews are illustrations and may be inaccurate; the final setup may vary. You are responsible for the content and prompts you provide, how you use outputs, and having rights to uploaded images. We may remove or restrict content, refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse. Rights-holders can report infringing content to us, and repeated infringement leads to termination.

6. Intellectual property

MyEventDock retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep MyEventDock available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends, you may request export of your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent.
