MyEventDock is the data controller for personal data processed through the MyEventDock platform. This means we decide why and how your data is used.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, business name, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account (contract).
• Business content (logo, catalog, inventory, venue photos, proposals) — to provide the service (contract).
• Client details you enter (client name, phone, event date, venue address, lead source) — to generate proposals and calendars on your behalf (contract; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share them).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, feature usage) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to answer your requests (legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host, store and process data for us, including AI image generation providers.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms.
• Authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. When it is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance with us or the relevant authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and private storage for uploaded images.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
